For journal articles, you will receive an email at the email address provided notifying you that the article(s) is/are available to view and download.
For books, you will receive an email at the email address provided notifying you that the book(s) is/are available to pick up.

If you are wanting to check the status of your requested item, login to your ILL account and locate the item requested.
